For our latest industry interview, we spoke with Andrei Laza, Business Development Manager, at 4XC. Tell us a little about 4XC. Why do clients choose you as their forex broker?

In your opinion, what are the main challenges that brokers face when trying to reduce latency?
Well, if you are a big broker who is reaching clients worldwide it will be hard to offer the same trading standards to all of them. Unfortunately, there are things we can not control like network connections.

We are regularly updating our technology to offer the fastest trade execution worldwide. Our servers are located in LD4 London to guarantee a superb connection. We also offer our clients a VPS (Virtual Private Server) that can help guarantee low latency and a network ping below 10ms.
What changes do you think we will see in the retail forex industry over the next few years?
In my opinion the forex industry will become more automated over the next few years. People will not invest in learning anymore and they will get EAs to trade for them. Only those who are passionate about trading and analyzing the markets will continue trading manually.
How is 4XC preparing for these changes and how will you build on your current success?
We are already prepared to onboard clients who are using EAs, as we know that this will lead to good trading volumes, and this is the only way we profit. We try to gain the trust of our clients by promoting our trading conditions, our services, and our good customer support. We try to show them that it can be done differently to the way it was done before.
