Low Latency Trading With FX Centrum
Tell us about FXCentrum, why do clients choose you as their forex broker?
There are 2 types of clients that we attract. Experienced traders and newbies who are just starting. We attract experienced traders because of 0 commissions and low spreads. And I can say that our Platform FXC Trader is much better to use than others and many appreciate that. As for newbies, I can say we are the perfect broker to start with. They also get the benefit of 0 commissions and low fees, but they do not understand this much at the beginning. They literally adore our support, education, and personal case to all traders, as our retention managers teach them step by step all the rules, behavior, and thinking about to become profitable traders.
What are your main priorities when it comes to offering a great online trading experience?
After all those years of experience, we learned that the relationship between broker and client is vital when it comes to successful profitable trading. Therefore we provide excellent support for all kinds of clients. To stay in touch with them over email, phone, or chat, to know their needs, to help them when needed, or to provide some trading ideas, is shown to us as the key to success.
How important do you think low latency trading is to your clients?
We have swing traders and also long-term investors in our portfolio. Of course, everybody wants to enter the best price possible and as soon as they click the button. Clients of all strategies, need to be calm and focused. Of course, a tiny detail like high latency, lagging, etc on the platform can just ruin focus and therefore I think it is one of the important puzzles, to building a strong brokerage.
In your opinion, what are the main challenges that brokers face when trying to reduce latency?
If there is some trouble, then usually it is the client’s understanding, that the broker like us is relayed to the liquidity providers and their systems, to get the best numbers for fast execution.
How do you ensure the same level of fast trade execution for all your clients worldwide?
As well as we are focusing on the client’s frontend positive execution by chatting with them, we are focusing also that we will have the latest technology in the backend. So we are having servers in different parts of the world and more liquidity providers to provide the best number possible when it comes to the technical part of satisfaction to the clients.
What changes do you think we will see in the retail forex industry over the next few years?
I believe we will see an increase of young investors and traders who will be more open-minded to trading than older generation when they were young due to social media promoting and easy access to start to trade
How is FXCentrum preparing for these changes and how will you build on your current success?
We are always asking for the feedback from the clients so we can get constantly better. We are preparing for the youngest generation with more simplicity, more education and reaching to them through their favourite influencers, websites and people, they are following.
